Cornerstone Community Housing - Multi-family Design
Here are a few preliminary design images provided for the Cornerstone Community Housing, Delta Court project. The project has come to be known as Delta Court and will feature 28 units within three two-story buildings.
Of these 28 units, there will be, (12 studios, (8) 1-bedroom units and (8) 2-bedroom units) within the Santa Clara neighborhood. It will be constructed with the hope of accommodating the un-housed from all walks of life including veterans.
This project will feature on-site stormwater retention and rain gardens as required by the City of Eugene. Plans also include provisions for an interactive nature play areas designed by LandCurrent.
We hope that our contribution will make a positive difference in our community and help those that are in need of affordable housing solutions. Cornerstone Community Housing is committed to building quality, affordable housing for people living on limited incomes.
